i just saw a picture of myself taken last night and thought ‘whoa, look how fat i am!!’. so yeh, hello fatryc.com (as in fahtric). love it. i’ll probably continue to post bullshit like photos & music & crap thinking peeps may be interested… narcissistic eh?..

![since returning to oz i’ve rarely messed around on the decks - combination of simply no more time & can’t be bothered. my vinyl was unpacked and quickly stuffed in ikea expedits - in no particular order. so a year & a half has gone and i finally decided to sort them out to file in some logical order but whilst doing so, became distracted and recorded this spontaneous mix… 1st mix i’ve recorded in a while. raw 3am blunted bedroom stylee… 2 x 1210s, Nuo3, Serato -> Zoom H2. hope you dig it..

schools out! first year back at uni done & dusted. won’t be in this room for another 4 months… yep, i’ll miss it.
Got myself a Canonet QL17 which practically fell on my lap. Here’s a few shots from the first test roll (just shot little man being himself) - light seals need replacing but you wouldn’t tell from the pics.
(Outdoor shots taken on a overcast day mostly open all the way 1.7 or 2.8… indoors at Toys’r’Us, flouro lighting.)
NO PP… scanned negs via Epson 4490 — really impressed…my new favorite toy!
